Item Pickup: All items should be removed today. The purchaser will assume all liability for items left at the auction site. Items left at the auction site for more than 1 week will be forfeited by the purchaser with NO REFUND. When an item is sold, the buyer is responsible for keeping up with the item.
Taxes: Sales tax will be collected on taxable items unless the purchaser is buying for resale and has a tax exempt certificate or signs a farm exemption form for farm approved items.
